1. Notification
All return or exchange requests must be submitted to Azure Signature within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide your Order ID, Order Date, and Phone Number so we can assist you quickly.
2. Exchanges
You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or a different product.
All exchanges are subject to item availability.
3. Returns & Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.
Store credit will be added to your Azure Signature account or provided via a coupon code if your purchase was not made through our website.
Credit is processed only once the returned product is received and approved by our team.
4. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Undamaged
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In their original condition, with all original tags and packaging
⚠️ Azure Signature reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
5. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Exceptions
Some sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
